Following recovery, a CTD cast (no water samples) will be conducted to 1100m, at the approximate location of waypoint 1 from today's dive. Following completion of CTD operations, multibeam mapping operations will be conducted through to night to fill in data holes and develop coverage of the continental shelf edge. An ROV dive will be conducted tomorrow in Atlantis Canyon to characterize submarine canyon geomorphology and characterize benthic habitats, possibly including deep-sea coral and sponges. Deployment is planned for 0830.
