The TSG was only recorded while the CTD was in the water, via Seasave. We are not able to log to SCS and send SV data to the multibeam at the same time. The TSG was sending data to the multibeam for most of the cruise, However, the external temperature probe (from which sound velocity is calculated) was 2 degrees higher than the TSG (in the lab) and the CTD (in the water) which would account for why the multibeam did not like the profile SV when the sensor was the selected instrument.
